Any time I feel sad, lonely, depressed or anxious… I want to think about how I can be helpful to someone else.
If I sit & dwell on my bad feelings, they get worse… if I turn my thinking away from the negative to something positive & constructive, like helping others, those feelings are driven out.
The goal for today, stay positive & know that I control my thoughts & feelings… they don’t control me!
